The kitchen leads out onto the "lodge", an elegant terrace decorated with columns and embellished with high star vaults. Here you can relax in the cool, to have breakfast, an aperitif, a snack made with small dishes typical of Salento and cheered by the famous "Primitivo" wine of Manduria, enjoying the strange and muffled silence that dominates the sleeping town. On the lodge it is possible to smoke without disturbing those who do not.
