We welcome you by offering you a good coffee or a glass of wine. Then we give you the keys: that of the door and that of your room. We want our guests to feel at home, in their Salento home.

From the window you can see the Vico Stretto, one of the many corners of Manduria, full of scents that take you to the past, as if to breathe the atmosphere of a time now distant.

Il Tramonto

Here too there is a private bathroom with all the amenities; moreover, it is the only one that has a somewhat particular furniture: we have mixed modern steel with the wrought iron of yesteryear. The red of the tiles in the bathroom recalls the sunset in an image by the photographer Agostino Quaranta, which depicts the Salina dei Monaci di Manduria reserve, between San Pietro in Bevagna and Torre Colimena (Mandurian Salento coast of the Apulian Ionian coast). The room has a balcony overlooking the square of the Mother Church, with the two column-bearing lions on either side of the portal. In the room we can add a cot.

La Suite Padronale

Room furnished with little things, just the essentials to make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay in Manduria. Room on two levels: in the lower living room a kitchenette, a sleeper sofa, bathroom with bidet, shower and hairdryer. The bricks that pave the room date back to the end of the 19th century. On the upper level, created thanks to the vaulted ceilings (very high), there is a mezzanine with the sleeping area. The room has a private balcony from where you can see the wonderful portal with the representation of the holy trinity and the overhanging rose window of the mother church. The Master Suite is ideal for a family with one or two children. The private kitchen is available, for example for the needs of children or for private breakfasts. We can add a cot and a bed.

Il Pollaio

In past times, in every house there was a room for the shelter of hens or pigeons. This is precisely the origin of the room called "il Pollaio", ideal for romantic getaways and to get away from the rest of the house. The bedroom has a double bed and is characterized by an elegant star vault with exposed tuff stone. The modern and functional bathroom, housed in the old "charcoal deposit", has a shower, bidet and hairdryer. Given its smaller size compared to the other rooms and its complex external access, it was considered fair to offer it at a lower price.
