Additional Services

The prices shown include:

• WI-FI in all areas of the B&B, refrigerator available in each room, room cleaning, replacement of all linen every three days, heating / air conditioning, hot water.
• Use of ironing board and iron.
• Use of the common kitchen.
• Breakfast: served from 8:30 to 10:30 in the common kitchen.
• Reservations for museums, restaurants, theaters, food and wine tours, etc.

Arrival time

Check-in is; scheduled from 12:30 to 22:30, unless prior agreements at the discretion of the Management.

In order not to waste precious time, we advise you to contact the management of the B&B 1-2 days before the arrival date, in order to set a time for your welcome.

Departure time

Check-out must take place no later than 10:00. You can store your luggage.

Cancellations

For cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, no amount is due. The advance paid at the time of booking will be reimbursed in full by means of a bank transfer, net of transaction costs.

From 7 to 2 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount due.

Less than 2 days from arrival, or for non-arrival, or for reduction of the days of overnight stay communicated after arrival: 100% of the total due.

Payments

Upon booking, 30% of the amount due for the stay. Upon arrival in the B&B, the remainder due. Upon departure, the amounts for any extra services requested.

Some important information

• DF B&B does not have secure parking
• DF B&B is located on the first floor and does not have a lift
• DF B&B does not accept animals (except for prior telephone agreements)
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms
• Any food allergies and intolerances must be communicated prior to arrival at the B&B.
